We recycle 100% of the waste cooking oil generated in our restaurant. Additionally, we plan to provide it to ENEOS Corporation as a raw material for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). SAF is said to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 60-80% compared to conventional aviation fuel.
