The specialty is the immersive experience of "teppanyaki," where dishes are grilled right in front of you. We carefully select Wagyu beef for the meat and seafood sourced from Okinawa and Shinojima. Popular dishes include "clam teppanyaki," savory okonomiyaki and yakisoba with rich dashi, and a delicious dashi-maki filled with plenty of mozzarella cheese. The "teppan French toast," topped with ice cream and drizzled with honey, is also exquisite! Additionally, for the obanzai (small side dishes), we recommend the adorable "whole tomato ohitashi," garnished with shiso leaves.
