ごかん磯貝勝田台店に本店を置く千葉フーズ株式会社の運営で,現在勝田台店,四街道店,八千代台店,八街店があるようです.
勝田台店は元々海鮮うまいもんや三代目つぼ八で営業していたものを,オーナーがつぼ八から買い取り今のお店を作ったのだとかを聞いたことがある.
千葉県GoToEATで勝田台位に行くつもりが,駅から近い八千代台にもあることを思い出し,こちらに来ました.

カウンターが座敷か聞かれ,座敷で.
カウンター席は5割ほどが埋まっており,他は扉で区切られた半個室の掘りごたつ形式の座席でした.
着席数なり,生ビールをお願いします.
ビールとお通しが到着すると,若いおねーちゃんが「メニューの説明を致します」というので,取り合えずお通しの値段を聞きましたが,
「今日初めてでして・・・」みたいなことを言って厨房へ.350円(外税)だそうです.
が,アルコールを頼んだ私の分しかお通しが出ないのはポイント高いです.
メニューのご説明でペンを使って丁寧に本日のおすすめや,盛り合わせの具材などを教えてくれました.
書いてあることを読んでるだけでしたが...
まあ悪い気はしなかったです.
もつ煮込み(580円)から豚の生ホルモンから作るということです.
まあ普通かなと.量は少なめですね.しかしもっと残念なのは器が広い.平べったく表面積が大きいので冷めるのも早いです.これはアカンでしょ.
とりもも,とりレバ,とりハツ.
鶏のレバー,ハツは久しぶりです.しかもかなり立派な大きさで,これで一本170円(外税)はかなりコスパが良いんではないでしょうか.
からの富山県産というホタルイカ.これも期待通りのやわらかさと旨みで美味しかった.
余市ハイボール(550円)も.
本マグロ,まぐろ赤身,うになどもいただきましたが,かなりリーズナブルな価格の割に立派な味です.
夜の海鮮だと選択肢がないので良く行っていたや台〇しと価格帯は変わらない気がする.
で,連れに「や〇ずしと比べてどっちが美味しい?」と聞くと,「比べものにならない」と・・・
私も全くの同意見でした.
喫煙ブースがありました.
厨房5名,ホール担当4名という大所帯での営業も素晴らしいです.
ストレスなく過ごせました.(ちょっとお酒の提供が遅かったかな??)
素晴らしい店を発見できました.
