Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding commercial and strategic relationships with our partners. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue and bringing in Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities, focusing on those that align with our B2B and eCommerce specialization.
  • Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to align partnership goals with SyncSpider’s strategic objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive experience for our partners and maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of partnership projects, with a focus on revenue generated and the number of SQLs brought in through partnerships.
  • Explore new ways to grow partnerships and enhance their value to both parties.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a solid business understanding.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining successful partnerships, with a focus on generating revenue and SQLs.
  • Experience in product knowledge and understanding of the online business ecosystem, including ERPs, CRMs, and eCommerce systems.
  • Highly motivated and energetic, with a can-do attitude and a passion for networking and establishing relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
  • Fluent in English.
