Can I use these materials for CPD tracking or certificates?
Absolutely. Each course includes a customisable certificate and is structured to support CPD learning. You can assign hours based on how much content you deliver.
Can I assign my own CPD hours?
Yes. As the trainer you may adjust the hours based on delivery time. We provide a typical range (2 – 8 hours), but it can vary depending on your use i.e. the number of hours you run the training session for.
One hour of teaching/training should equate to one hour of CPD for the participants.
Is the certificate accepted for professional records?
In most cases, yes, especially for HR records, internal learning portfolios, and soft skill development.
If your organization requires formal CPD accreditation from an external body, we recommend checking their policy first.
