Swift Woo Search is a downloadable WordPress plugin provided as a non-tangible, digital good. Because of the nature of digital products, all purchases are considered final.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected.

💸 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your purchase, but only under the following conditions:

  • You encounter a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You submit a support request and allow us the opportunity to assist.
  • Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • You simply change your mind.

  • You request features that are not included in the plugin.

🔁 Renewals and Subscriptions

If your license includes auto-renewal, you can cancel renewal anytime via your account dashboard. Refunds for renewals are not issued unless requested within 7 days of the renewal date and only if the plugin has not been used or updated since renewal.
