Our sustainability program isn’t a formality – it’s a natural extension of who we are, rooted in genuine care for the developer communities we came from and the world we share.
Every Frog (employee) plays a role. Our Chief Sustainability Officer drives strategy across the business, reporting directly to the CEO. Strategic oversight is provided by our Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, which reviews progress quarterly to ensure sustainability is embedded into our core decision-making.
Bringing this strategy to life are our global, employee-led Community and Social Responsibility committees. These volunteers recommend humanitarian and environmental initiatives tailored to the regions where we operate, ensuring every Frog has the opportunity to lend a hand and make an impact alongside their day-to-day role.

JFrog’s roots are in the open-source community—Artifactory began as an open-source project before our incorporation. Today, those origins still shape how we operate and support the world around us. Driven by our core CODEX value, “Everyone counts, and everyone matters”, we consistently put our global influence to work during humanitarian emergencies, medical crises, and environmental initiatives. This culture of care is in our DNA, not our business plan. By prioritizing values over visibility, we attract top-tier talent and foster strategic partnerships that promote social mobility, empower social mobility such as women in tech, and assist at-risk youth. Ultimately, this value-driven approach is what has powered our evolution from a single open-source project into a global enterprise.
At JFrog, ethics and governance are core operational principles, not just compliance requirements. We integrate rigorous checks and balances across all business layers, spanning regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and Board-level oversight. All employees undergo regular training on our Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and our core CODEX values. To ensure accountability, our Internal Audit team conducts quarterly ethics and integrity audits in alignment with an approved Internal Audit Plan, overseen by our Chief Legal Officer and Audit Committee. This includes quarterly testing of our anonymous reporting hotline. Ultimately, our Audit Committee reports to the Board of Directors each quarter, keeping compliance and ethical standards at the forefront of everything we do.
