Memory
So yesterday we had this memory guy at school. Apparently he has done a lot of TV productions and so on but unlike some of my colleagues I had never heard of him. Anyway now it's over 24 hours later and I still remember the last 10 presidents of the USA whose names I learned within 3 minutes. That's great because I can use it in soooo many ways in my everyday life ... NOT. :D I have to admit though the guy was really interesting and I'm pretty sure I can use some of his techniques with my students. And I didn't have to pay for it so ... yippee.
Later in the evening I should have been going (is that right?) to my weekly step aerobic class. But an hour before start one of the women called to tell me we would be doing a little bike tour instead. How was I supposed to know that little meant about 25 km? I haven't been on a bike in almost 9 months. My ass is killing me. So I'm off now to go and sleep on my stomach.
