BuddyBoss Integration with WP Eventin Event Plugin for WordPress (Pro)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With BuddyBoss integration in the Eventin event management plugin for WordPress, businesses and their team members can create and publish events from the front end, following BuddyBoss group permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installing and Activating Required Plugins<\/strong>  #<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You need to install 4 plugins to get the complete set of functionality for this addon. From your dashboard, install<\/strong> and activate the following plugins:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Eventin(Free)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Eventin(Pro)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. WooCommerce<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. BuddyBoss Platform(free)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Important: <\/strong>Without Eventin Pro<\/strong><\/a>, you will not see the “Eventin event” menu for the group profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Enable BuddyBoss Addons<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After activating the Eventin Pro and BuddyBoss platform plugin, go to the\u00a0Dash<\/strong><\/span>board<\/strong> -> Eventin -> Add-ons <\/strong>and enable\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>BuddyBoss<\/strong> integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Event Submission<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Member profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Go to BuddyBoss -> Integration<\/strong> and select the user role<\/strong> to which you want to permit creating events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    According to the user role permission, the member can submit the event, event location, event category and event tags in the front end of their profile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The member can see the event list from the left sidebar. They can visit the event single page and search for the event also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Assign event on the group<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The member can assign his\/her front end submited event on his groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Create Group<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The member can create a new group from their profile if they want. Please visit Profile -> Groups -> Create Group<\/strong> and fill up the necessary information for the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Manage members by organizer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Organizers can allow the member to submit the event according to their permission. Go to the Groups -> Manage and sidebar there has an option for Eventin Events<\/strong>. There are 3 permission options for the members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • All group members<\/strong>: When selecting “All group members<\/strong>” permission, all the group members can manage the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Organizers and Moderators: <\/strong>When selecting “Organizers and Moderators<\/strong>” permission, only the organizer and moderator can manage the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Organizers:<\/strong> When selecting “Organizers<\/strong>” permission, only organizers can manage the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Now, in the Eventin Events menu, there has also the option to create an event, show a list of events, visit the event page, and search events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The group organizer can enable\/disable the event tab from the group. If they want to show the event tab, then go to the Groups -> Manage -> Events <\/strong>and checkmark<\/strong> the “Yes, I want this group to have an event tab<\/strong>” option. Otherwise, the tab will not show on the group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      There is an option for changing the event tab label. You can change it for the member’s profiles as well as the groups. Go to the Dashboard -> BuddyBoss -> Integrations -> Eventin Tab<\/strong> and change the Events tab label as you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Prevent Restrict Rest API access for Eventin<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You cannot access Eventin’s Rest API if you keep the “Private REST APIs” <\/strong>option enabled. To access the Eventin Rest API, you must add some Rest API endpoint URLs to the “Public REST APIs” <\/strong>fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
