Thank you for purchasing TEAMGROUP's products. Please read carefully the warranty policy and related terms and conditions stated in this manual before use. When using the product, try to stay clear of the chip and contact pins to avoid damages caused by static. Please do not damage or tear off the warranty stickers on the product to maintain your rights. If you have any technical or compatibility problems when installing or after use, you can look up the product compatibility of our official website, or leave an online message on the website's Online Inquiry Center. For information about TEAMGROUP's newest products, you can search this official website at any time or directly contact a TEAMGROUP dealer.

Identifying Original ProductsFor all products manufactured by Team Group, there is a series legally applied and registered product trademarks attached on the packaging or on the product itself, which could be used for customers to identify original Team Group products. These trademarks enjoy all rights protected by the laws which cannot be used illegally and for the counterfeit purpose.

Limitation of LiabilityTEAMGROUP is not obligated to compensate for any consequential, indirect, incidental losses, such as loss of revenue, loss of business investment, loss of goodwill or hindrance to business interrelationship, incurred by the purchaser of the product or the third party’s software, connected equipment or stored data due to product defects. Nor are we responsible for any damage or malfunction of other equipment caused by our products. TEAMGROUP’s sole and maximum liability is to repair or replace the product or refund the money and is at TEAMGROUP’s sole discretion.

Warranty ApplicabilityTEAMGROUP’s warranty terms and conditions only apply to consumers who have purchased our products through legitimate sales channels. It does not apply to those who repurchased TEAMGROUP products through second-hand resale.

Definition of Duration of WarrantyThe warranty period of TEAMGROUP’s product starts from the date of the purchase. Customers must present Invoices or shipping documents must be presented when claiming warranty.

Limitation Clause
5.1 Manufactured products misused or abused due to non-compliance with the product manual.
5.2 Any damage caused by accidents, man-made damage, computer malfunction, unauthorized removal, natural disasters or other abnormal uses.
5.3 Damage caused by changing components or using accessories, installation, attachment, expansion, modification, repair, disassembly.
5.4 Any damage caused by a computer virus.
5.5 Any damage resulting from electronic/electromagnetic pressure and interference, unstable or misused power supply, and static electricity, etc.
5.6 Any damage caused by exposure to improper environments for the specified device, such as high temperature, high humidity, etc.
5.7 Any damage caused by mishandling during the transportation to TEAMGROUP for repair.
5.8 TEAMGROUP does not warrant, and shall not be responsible for any loss of data/software stored or installed in any manufactured products, including returned units.
5.9 Any damage caused by any research or development usage or professional testing/examination.
5.10 Warranty labels, product serial numbers, or tamper-evident labels are altered, damaged, or unclear. In order to determine the correct warranty date, all labels on the SSD (whether QR code labels or S/N labels) must not be removed, any labels missing or moved may result in void warranty. -
Warranty Policy of Consumer Products
Duration of WarrantyThis warranty is only applicable to the original purchasers who own TEAMGROUP’s products. This warranty is non-transferable. The warranties and terms of the products listed herein are subject to change without notice. The purchaser should check your product manual or contact the retailer or distributor where the product was sold to confirm the expiration date of the warranty.
TEAMGROUP always adopts the pioneering techniques to ensure the products can satisfy market’s demand, so possibly announces the changes of products or the EOL models aperiodically. **How to check the manufacture date by the S/N.
The date code will be laser engraved on the back of the SD or Micro SD card.
e.g. SD Card- “2018” represents the 18th week of 2020.
Micro SD Card- “2021” represents the 21st week of 2020.


SSD series

Please read carefully the related disclaimer or limited liability clauses of this policy.- TEAM SSD provides limited warranty or TBW warranty base on which occurs first. If the product specification has different versions, or TBW differs, the warranty will follow the version upon purchasing. TEAMGROUP has its rights to conclude the final decision. In order to determine the correct warranty date, all labels on the SSD (whether QR code labels or S/N labels) must not be removed, any labels missing or moved may result in void warranty.

AIO Liquid Cooler
- If there are damages to the AIO Liquid Cooler within the scope of the warranty and warranty period, you may file an application to replace components. Consumable accessories such as adapter cords, adapters, power cords, screws, clasps, and gaskets are not within the scope of the warranty.
- TEAMGROUP reserves the right to withhold warranty services if the serial number has been removed, damaged or cannot be identified due to intentional obstruction.
- The warranty does not cover the product's software or any damages caused by misuse, natural or artificial disasters, unauthorized changes, repairs, reassembly, or alterations. Please install the AIO Liquid Cooler according to instructions from the attached manual or the TEAMGROUP website.
- The warranty does not cover malfunctions or failures from external factors such as dust, humidity, liquid damage, or damages from improper shipping and handling (please make claims to the shipping company).
- TEAMGROUP applies pioneering technology to update products to ensure TEAMGROUP can meet market demands. As such, TEAMGROUP reserves the right to make changes and alterations or terminate outdated models without prior notice. If the model is discontinued, TEAMGROUP reserves the right to decide whether to repair the product or replace the product with an equivalent product. In the event that there are no equivalent products, TEAMGROUP may choose to refund you with an amount less than the purchase price or equivalent to the product's current value.

Standard Procedure of Claiming Warranty
For damage caused by deficient manufacturing processing or poor materials, TEAMGROUP will take responsibility for providing free maintenance. The procedures are as follows:
Send the defective product back to the TEAMGROUP dealer where it was purchased. Fill out the maintenance form of TEAMGROUP dealer, in which specify in detail the product’s model, serial number, date of purchase and describe the trouble you came across. The repair number must be marked on the outside of the package when sending the product. If you have proof of purchase, please attach the proof of purchase to confirm the warranty period, and wrap the product in bubble wrap and protect it with a box to prevent the collision and falling during transportation, which will be classified as human damage and warranty repairs will not be accepted. We will reserve the right to claim warranty if package has been damaged due to man-made abnormal situation. After we receive and confirm the product requested for maintenance if the damage is due to the deficient manufacturing process or poor materials, we will immediately send you a well-functioned product to save your waiting time. Regardless of the replacement or refund, the products and accessories sent for repair will become the property of TEAMGROUP.In the US and Canada, local RMA sites are available for efficient RMA management. However, customers from other countries must ship their RMAs to TEAMGROUP in Taiwan. Both the customer and TEAMGROUP share the responsibility of covering the one-way shipping cost. Please note that unexpected local charges, such as customs fees or import duties, may apply and are determined by local customs authorities.

Repair and Replacement Guidelines
Customers with TEAMGROUP manufactured products are entitled to repairs or replacement of product within the duration of the warranty. Replacement products are guaranteed to have similar or exact specification items and components. In the event of a warranty request for a product that has been discontinued or is no longer serviced, TEAMGROUP will, at its discretion, offer a comparable substitute product instead of repairing the item under warranty.
As for products that are no longer under production and unable to be maintained a refund of depreciated market price will be made to the product purchaser. To continuously improve the quality and performance of our products, TEAMGROUP reserves the right to change the appearance, content or specifications of our products without prior notice. -
Product Disclaimer ClauseTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Document constitutes the complete warranty terms for TEAMGROUP (TEAM) products, covering memory modules (RAM), solid -state drives (SSD), memory cards, USB flash drives, and all-in-one liquid cooling products (AIO Liquid Cooler). It supersedes all other oral or written warranties. Except as expressly provided in these terms, TEAMGROUP makes no other warranties regarding its products and explicitly disclaims any other warranties not expressly stated herein, including but not limited to any implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Arbitration and Dispute- Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration
- The consumer and TEAMGROUP agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from this product or these warranty terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than through court litigation (unless expressively prohibited by state or national law).
- The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and many not be brought as a class action or representative action.
- The arbitration shall take place at the consumer’s location or at a neutral arbitration site designated by TEAMGROUP, and it shall be conducted under the applicable laws governing arbitration.
- Prohibition of Class Actions and Jury Trials
- The consumer agrees not to participate in any class action or representative lawsuit. All claims shall be resolved through individual arbitration.
- If the consumer does not accept these terms, they must submit a written statement within 30 days of purchase; otherwise, they shall be deemed to have agreed to this arbitration clause.
- Arbitration Costs and Award
- The costs of arbitration shall be determined by the arbitration institution according to its rules, and both parties may share costs based on the arbitration award.
- The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction.
- Memory Modules (RAM) The performance of TEAMGROUP memory modules depends on system configurations, motherboard and CPU compatibility, BIOS settings, and proper voltage and temperature conditions. The specified memory frequency (such as XMP/EXPO/DOCP overclocking modes) can only be achieved with a compatible motherboard and BIOS settings. Incorrect voltage, temperature, or BIOS firmware settings may result in failure to reach the advertised frequency, unstable operation, or even hardware damage. All memory modules default to running at SPD (JEDEC standard) frequencies (e.g., DDR4 2133/2400MHz or DDR5-4800MHz) unless XMP/EXPO is enabled. This is normal and does not constitute a product defect. Enabling XMP/EXPO is considered an overclocking action, and the final frequency and stability depend on the motherboard, CPU, and BIOS settings. Not all systems can achieve the advertised speeds, and this is not a product defect.
- Liability Disclaimer:
TEAMGROUP shall not be liable for any hardware damage, failure to achieve advertised memory speeds, or system instability caused by incorrect settings, firmware incompatibility, improper voltage, or temperature conditions. Buyers must ensure all system parameters are correctly configured before use to avoid performance issues or hardware damage.
- Liability Disclaimer:
- Solid-State Drives (SSD) The read and write speeds of TEAMGROUP SSDs are subject to system specifications, interface protocols (e.g., SATA, PCIe, USB 3.2, USB 4, Thunderbolt), operating systems, motherboards, controllers, drivers, and environmental factors. Actual speeds may differ from the advertised specifications.
- Internal SSDs (SATA/PCle): Speed performance may be affected by motherboard interface (e.g., PCIe 3.0, 4.0, or 5.0), SATA version, BIOS settings, and other system parameters. If the system or motherboard does not support the corresponding PCIe/NVMe specifications, the SSD may operate at reduced speeds.
- External/Portable SSDs (USB/Thunderbolt): Actual transfer speeds depend on USB version (e.g., USB 3.2 Gen 1/Gen 2, USB 4), operating system, USB controller, cable specifications, and test environment. Some devices may limit the SSD speed to USB 2.0 or USB 3.0, affecting read and write speeds.
- Support for external SSDs on gaming consoles (e.g., PS5/Xbox) may be limited to specific functionalities (e.g., storing games but not running next-generation games directly).
- If an SSD does not achieve the advertised maximum speed due to system, motherboard, OS, or environmental limitations, this is not considered a product defect, and TEAMGROUP is not liable.
- TEAM-branded SSDs are covered by either a limited-term warranty or a total bytes written (TBW) warranty, whichever occurs first. If discrepancies arise between third-party software and TEAM SMART TOOL regarding TBW values, the TEAM SMART TOOL values shall prevail.
- Memory Cards and USB Flash Drives Actual transfer speeds may differ from the advertised official data depending on device compatibility, USB version (e.g., USB 4, USB 3.2, USB 2.0), reading devices, and operating systems. Some devices (e.g., cameras, dash cams, industrial equipment) may not support high-capacity or high-speed memory cards. Buyers should verify compatibility before purchase.
- All-in-One Liquid Cooling Products (AIO Liquid Cooler) Cooling performance depends on the cooling environment, case airflow, installation method, thermal grease application, and processor power consumption. Differences in installation methods or environmental conditions may result in temperature and performance variations. Such differences do not constitute a product defect, and TEAMGROUP is not liable.
Warranty Scope and Liability Limitations
Regardless of express or implied warranty terms, TEAMGROUP’s entire warranty liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price or fair market value, whichever is lower. The sole remedy under this warranty is repair, replacement, or refund. TEAMGROUP is not liable for any additional costs, damages, or losses (including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, savings loss, business opportunity loss, or any incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages), even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Any claim regarding product nonconformity must be made by the original end customer purchaser while in possession of the product.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:- Human-induced damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or modification.
- Failure to follow product installation guides or user manuals.
- Damage caused by external factors, such as abnormal power supply, voltage fluctuations, electrostatic discharge (ESD), high temperature, high humidity, liquid immersion, mechanical impact, or environmental influences.
- Natural wear and tear from normal usage, such as SSD reaching its read/write lifespan or NAND flash wear-out in memory cards and USB products.
- System instability or hardware damage due to incorrect settings or outdated BIOS firmware.
Critical Applications and Unauthorized Uses
TEAMGROUP products are not authorized for use in the following applications, and TEAMGROUP assumes no liability for products used in such scenarios:- Life-support equipment and its components.
- Military equipment, aerospace devices, transportation control systems, and nuclear facilities.
- Disaster prevention systems, medical equipment, or any applications related to human safety.
Legal Rights
This Disclaimer Clause grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

● Always use the product in a safe environment. Do not expose it to extreme conditions (unless specifically permitted by the product specifications) or environments with explosive gases.

● Do not insert or connect the product to an unauthorized device or connection port.
● Do not forcibly insert foreign objects or metal into the product, nor scratch its surface.
● Keep the product out of reach of infants, toddlers, and small children to prevent accidental ingestion.
● For cleaning, use a non-contact air duster or a soft brush. Do not wipe with liquids.
● Follow the power specifications as stated in the product manual.
● If any abnormality is detected in the product’s appearance, immediately disconnect the power and contact the repair and warranty service.
