This guide will show you how to log in and switch between multiple Tapestry accounts using the Tapestry App.
Please note, these steps will be exactly the same across iOS and Android devices.
Things to note
In this context ‘Tapestry account’ refers to a single Tapestry subscription where you as relative have been registered. You could be set up across multiple accounts so we don’t mean the login details held by individual users.
This feature can save you time because you won’t need to press ‘Logout’ to open a completely different Tapestry account. You can now use your PIN to switch between two or more Tapestry accounts.
How to switch accounts
Start by logging in to the app using your email address and password.
If your email address is linked to more than one account, but you have different passwords for each setting, then you will be prompted to enter the password for that account.
If you are logged into one of your accounts already, but would like to switch to access another, then start by tapping the hamburger icon on the top left of the screen.
You can then either tap Switch account or Account Settings.
If you tapped Switch account, you’ll be taken to the PIN screen. Then, tap Switch on the top right. If you have previously logged into another of your accounts, you’ll see the settings appear in a list as exampled.
Please note, you will not see other accounts you are linked to when switching unless you have logged into them previously on your device. In the case you are linked to more than one account and it is not showing on your list of settings, please tap Login with email and password.
If you went through Account Settings via the menu, next tap on Switch account. This will again take you to the PIN screen where you can follow the same steps as before.
