Yes! You can add up to 10 sites to your cart at one time and check them out all at once. This will help you get the sites you want when booking for your friends and family.

Absolutely! When you booked, you would have created a Let’s Camp account that you can use to log into our platform to view and manage your bookings. After logging in you’ll be taking to your booking list where you can choose to cancel or edit your booking.
If you are having issues editing or cancelling your booking, please contact the campground you booked at to assist you. You can find their contact phone number and form to reach them on their page on our site.

Depending on your bank, we estimate that your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days (though it can be quicker for some).
Yes. When searching for a site at a campground, above the Map will be a tab that says ‘Site Calendar’. Click there to view sites, dates and availability in a table view.
Each campground sets their own refund policy. To find out what it is for a specific campground, go to their campground profile page (where you would first make a booking), scroll past their description and amenities, and their policies will be listed there.
The only way to change your password is through the Forgot Password link on the login page located at https://letscamp.ca/login.
If you’re logged in, log out first.
Click the Forgot Password link on that page, enter your email address, and follow the prompts in the email you receive to reset your password.

How do I see and edit my bookings?
To view your bookings, go to your “My Bookings” section once you’re logged into Let’s Camp.
How do I cancel a booking?
To cancel your booking, go to your “My Bookings” section once you’re logged into Let’s Camp. From an individual booking, you’ll select the red Cancel button in the top right.
Can I search for a spot without knowing the dates I want?
Yes, you’re able to use the Availability Calendar feature found in the tab above any campground’s map.
How do I book a spot at a campground?
To book with Let’s Camp, just use our homepage to search for the campground and dates you’re interested in.
