SciTech Solutions Acquires ST Robotics UK, Launches New Chapter in Automation Innovation
SciTech Solutions Pty Ltd is proud to announce the acquisition of ST Robotics Limited, a leading UK-based developer of bench-top robotics systems, along with all associated assets, stock, and intellectual property. This landmark agreement, completed on August 24, 2024, includes the full transfer of intellectual property previously held by ST Robotics Limited and its founder, Dr. David Sands, to SciTech Solutions.
As part of this strategic move, SciTech Solutions will operate the ST Robotics business through its partner company, ST Robotics and Automation Pty Ltd, continuing the legacy of precision, reliability, and innovation that has defined the ST Robotics brand for over three decades.

With this foundation, SciTech aims to expand ST Robotics’ reach in global markets, enhance its customer support and drive product development into emerging fields such as AI integration, Industry 4.0 applications, and education.
Suppliers, customers, and partners of ST Robotics can expect seamless continuity in operations, with formal account transitions and supplier agreements to be established in the coming weeks. ST Robotics and Automation Pty Ltd is poised to support new and existing projects, offering the same high standards that the brand has been known for.
