Terms of use

Last updated: May 08, 2025
1. General Terms

This web application (Interface) available at https://app.ston.fi (Website) is a website-hosted interface to the STON.fi protocol, an automated market making protocol (Protocol). The Interface and the Protocol are made available for public use; however, all transactions are executed by permissionless smart contracts on the underlying blockchain network. The Protocol and its smart contracts are accessible to any user, entity, or third party, and a variety of third-party web and mobile interfaces may also provide access to the Protocol.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Interface, you agree that you have read, understood, and consented to be bound by these Terms of Use (together with any Supplemental Terms, Terms), the Privacy Policy, and any disclosures incorporated by reference herein. These Terms and the Interface may be amended, updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Interface following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You represent and warrant that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of any entity you represent. If representing an entity, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

You further represent and warrant (i) that you are not located in, organised under the laws of, or a resident of any jurisdiction where access to the Interface or Protocol is prohibited; (ii) that you are not subject to economic or trade sanctions or designated as a restricted party by any government authority (including, without limitation, the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, the United Nations Security Council, or the European Union); (iii) and that your use of the Interface and the Protocol will comply with all applicable laws and will not facilitate any illegal activity (collectively, Prohibited Person).

If you do not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms or are otherwise not in strict compliance with these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using, accessing, or deriving any benefit from the Interface and you must not attempt to access or use the Interface. Use of a virtual private network (e.g., a VPN) or other means by ineligible persons to access or use the Interface is prohibited, and prohibited uses may attract legal liability for fraudulent use of the Interface.

2. Interface, Protocol and Underlying Smart Contracts

The Protocol’s smart contracts are self‑executing code deployed on the TON blockchain (Smart Contracts). The Interface does not control, modify, or operate the Smart Contracts; it solely gives you the ability to interact with the Protocol. Execution, settlement, and state changes occur exclusively on the blockchain network when you authorise and broadcast signed transactions from your non-custodial wallet and you remain responsible for holding private keys. When you initiate an action (such as adding or removing liquidity) the Interface generates an unsigned transaction draft containing the necessary payload and parameters for the Protocol and Smart Contracts based on your inputs and requirements. All transaction drafts are delivered by the Interface via an API to a compatible third-party wallet application or device selected by you after pressing the "Connect wallet" button on the Interface. You must personally review, edit, or reject this draft before signing it in your non-custodial wallet.

The Interface aggregates and displays publicly available blockchain data (including transaction histories, token balances, liquidity pool metrics, and contract source code) in a consolidated, user-friendly format. All underlying data remain independently verifiable through the TON blockchain block explorers, on‑chain queries, or open‑source repositories. The Interface is not the sole interface to access and use the Protocol and interact with the Smart Contracts.

The Interface does not hold custody of assets, nor does it execute, broadcast, or confirm transactions; all such operations depend entirely on your non-custodial wallet and the blockchain. The Interface does not execute, hold, or broadcast transactions on behalf of you; execution occurs only upon your authorisation. After signing, your non-custodial wallet broadcasts the transaction to the TON blockchain, where network validators execute and record the operation. You solely bear responsibility for transaction broadcasting, gas or network fees, and confirmation monitoring.

The Interface does not offer custodial services, transaction execution guarantees, or legal or financial advice. You acknowledge that use of the Interface carries risks, including smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and transaction failure. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details, gas fees, and contract addresses before authorising any transaction. The Interface and its maintainers do not custody, hold, or transfer any tokens, private keys, passwords, or other user assets. The Interface does not charge fees, commissions, or receive any form of compensation based on your interactions. The Interface and its maintainers are not agents, intermediaries, or fiduciaries for you, and do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. All interactions and transactions occur solely between your non-custodial wallet and the TON blockchain network (Protocol, Smart Contracts).

You, subject to your eligibility, acceptance, and adherence to these Terms, is hereby granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to view, access and use the Interface for the permitted use in accordance with these Terms. This license may be revoked at any time without prior notification, including in the event of your violation of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

(a) you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;

Failure to meet any of the foregoing requirements prohibits your access to and use of the Interface, and you must cease use immediately if you no longer satisfy these conditions.

4. Permitted Use

The Interface is provided "as is" and solely as an informational aid to technologically sophisticated users for the purposes of research, due diligence, and decision‑making regarding the Protocol. The Interface does not provide recommendations or advice, and any data, analytics, or draft transaction payloads generated by the Interface are for your convenience only. You are solely responsible for and must independently verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of any information obtained through the Interface (particularly draft transaction payloads) against your own requirements and intentions prior to signing or broadcasting any transaction. You acknowledge that reliance on the Interface without such independent verification is at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

The Interface, Website or its subdomains may include references, links, or referrals to third-party resources (including wallets, devices, protocols, networks, block explorers, software libraries, or smart contracts developed or operated by third parties), including by way of hosting of and/or allowing access to/of web applications on the Website or its subdomains or embedding in the Interface such third-party resources (collectively, Third-Party Resources). Your access and use of the Third-Party Resources may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, privacy policies, or other agreements with the relevant third party, and you may be required to authenticate to or create separate accounts to use Third-Party Resources.
