New normal pandemic Covid-19 terbatasnya melakukan aktifitas dan kunjungan ke pelayanan kesehatan. Pemeriksaan neurologi di pelayanan kesehatan memerlukan waktu dalam pelaksanaannya sehingga penderita tidak mau datang untuk memeriksakan kesehatannya. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu keluarga belum tahu gangguan sensasi dan mengenal deteksi dini DFU, sehingga resiko komplikasi DM pada penderita masih tinggi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Memberikan pengetahuan kepada keluarga mengenai gangguan sensasi; dan (2) Meningkatkan keterampilan keluarga dalam deteksi dini DFU menggunakan Ipswich Touch Test (ITT). Masih tingginya produksi sampah setiap hari yang dihasilkan oleh rumah tangga dan kurangnya armada pengangkut sampah serta peran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah organik perlu ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan analisis situasi, permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu belum sepenuhnya masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan sampah organik, sehingga pengelolaan sampah organik belum maksimal. The purpose of this study was to see the role of culture in community life, including in the effo... more The purpose of this study was to see the role of culture in community life, including in the effort to build the character of teenager. This role can be achieved if the seven cultural elements are: religious systems and religious ceremonies, community organization systems, knowledge systems, languages, arts, livelihood systems, and technology and equipment systems, most or all of which are still alive, maintained, developing, and still beneficial for the life of a community. If the opposite happens, that is, most or maybe all elements of culture are not alive, not growing and not developing, not properly maintained, then surely it can cause a cultural crisis for a community. Characteristics of a cultural crisis include low legal values, low courtesy norms, lost moral values, and low social ethics. In such circumstances, human culture becomes very low. Honesty is gone, greed is running rampant. Loyalty is gone, lies are raising. There is no mutual respect for fellow human beings, only egoism as feels the truest, strongest, wants to win, and no one else can compete. This has led to various violations, greed in the form of corruption, abuse of authority, and similar acts. This is clear when connected with the life of the nation and state (Indonesia) the sense of brotherhood fades, a sense of national unity fades, and a fading nationalist sense can even be a threat to national disintegration.

Negative stigmatization of nurses is one of the challenges in preventing and controlling Covid-19... more Negative stigmatization of nurses is one of the challenges in preventing and controlling Covid-19 in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the negative stigma of Covid-19 on the performance of nurses. This research uses a quantitative design method with a correlational analytic approach. Data processing using the data analysis test in this study was carried out using the Spearman Rank correlation test with the help of the SPSS for windows 19.00 program. Based on the results of the Linearity Regression test, the stigmatization variable Covid-19 has no effect on the performance of nurses in East Nusa Tenggara Province and West Nusa Tenggara Province also has an influence on nurse performance. Nurses as part of the disaster management team should not receive negative stigmatization. This of course has an unfavorable impact on the performance of nursing staff.

The sample in this study used a purposive sample of 100 respondents. Result: the results showed that there was a significant relationship between people's perceptions of Open Defecation Free and open defecation, namely the value of ρ value 0.01 with a value of α <0.05, which means 0.01 <0.05.

Pregnancy massage is a modification of technique and body position for pregnant women given since pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Pregnancy massage on the anxiety of pregnant women. This study is a quantitative study with a Quasy Experiment research design with Pre-Posttest Design With Nonequivalent Control Groups. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Measurement of anxiety in pregnant women using the Pregnancy-Related Anxiety Questionnaire (PRAQ). The difference test was carried out before and after treatment using a nonparametric test. Pregnancy massage had a significant effect on anxiety in both groups. The results showed that pregnancy massage was effective in reducing anxiety in third-trimester pregnant women. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi jumlah anak yang diinginkan remaja di Nusa Tenggara Barat .Data yang digunakan adalah Survey Kinerja dan Akuntabilitas Program (SKAP) tahun 2019 dengan unit analisis remaja usia 15-24 tahun dan belum menikah. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode regresi logistik biner. Hasil anlisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar menginginkan 2 anak cukup di masa yang akan datang.Faktor daerah tempat tinggal, keluarga yang menginginkan banyak anak dan program Generasi Berencana (GENRE) berpengaruh terhadap jumlah anak yang diinginkan oleh remaja.

This study aims to prepare a Hepatitis DNA vaccine. he optimized base sequence of the SB3-HBcAg gene was derived from the nucleotide base sequence of the Hepatitis B core antigen B3 HBcAg subgenotype, and then Cloning of the pcDNA3.1-SB3-HBcAg has been successfully performed on E. coli DH5α and confirmed by PCR, restriction analysis and sequencing. The propagated plasmids were prepared as DNA-chitosan complex and physiochemical characterized using Particle Size Analyzer. Complex with a 4:1 (wt/wt) ratio of DNA with 0.04% concentration and chitosan have a mean diameter of 231.7 nm and zeta potential +12.3 mV and the value of Cytotoxicity Assay 80-90% as compared to the untreated cells that used as negative control, so it can be concluded that nanoparticles chitosan has good potential as a carrier agent for pcDNA3.1-SB3-HBcAg.

Therefore, this study aims to explore the use of face mask, as a method of preventing COVID-19 transmission. The use of face masks is an important and comprehensive part of the effort to prevent the COVID-19 transmission. It is used by healthy people as protection when in contact those infected or as a control, to prevent further transmission. Also, WHO recommends using masks to protect medical workers during routine care for patients, especially those confirmed with the virus. Furthermore, there are several types of masks, such as cloth, medical and respirator, also known as N-95 masks. This brand, which are available in the US as N95 and in the UK as FFP ('filtering face piece'), are used to prevent the entry of small particles in the air that produce aerosols. The use of a respirator mask is a priority, and when the availability in a health care center is limited, then medical types are to be used as alternative.
