2ND CHANCE AUCTION AACs 2013  

We have officially opened our second chance auctions to bids, so make your bids on the wonderful authors, artists and crafters available this time around, don't miss out!

Currently we are roughly $1,000 away from being able to donate enough to earn a lifetime membership for Tyler Posey by adopting the entire pack at Wolf Haven International! We’d like to also remind everyone that you can donate directly on this page for credit cards and this page for paypal!

Both links are on Wolf Haven International’s actual site, and donations made through either will go directly to them.

Crafters Auction 2013  
How do the craft auctions work?

  • Crafters will be offering finished or commission work (depending on the crafter and the item) at a starting bid of their choosing. The item will not change based on the bid amount unless stated in the item’s description. Some crafters are offering multiples of their items, so be sure to check!


  • For crafted items that are being shipped, the winning bidder will be responsible for paying shipping unless the crafter states otherwise. The crafter’s general location has been given to estimate shipping, so please check that before bidding.


  • At the close of the craft auction we will contact the winning bidder and the crafter to give them one another’s e-mails to work out the details of the commission. We will notify crafters as we receive the donations from the winners, as a green light to begin their work. If you are a crafter, please do not send your item or begin your commission until we notify you that we have received payment. If you have not received notification from us by the end of December 30, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] to let us know.


  • To bid, you would leave a comment on the post (either log in by some means and leave a comment or leave an anonymous comment stating your e-mail address) and state the amount you are offering. Bids must be made in even dollar amounts (so, at least $1). There is no upper limit for how much you can bid on a piece.

Crafted item they offer:

The scarf is in the Nancy's Waves pattern from Ravelry. I've made a number of scarves in this pattern. Here's one on my Ravelry page. (The colours in the one for auction are different.)

The neckwarmers are my own design. The image at the link below has the red on the left and the blue on the right -- however, the colours on screen don't do them justice. There's a lot of gold mixed in with the red, and the blue is more vibrant.

The cup cozies are also my own design, example here.

Hand-crocheted scarf in Shades of Hoechlin's Eyes (Bernat Mosaic Waterfall, seen here -- again, the colours on screen don't do the yarn justice); two neckwarmers (one in Alpha Red, one in Beta Blue); a set of two Beacon Hills Burgundy cup cozies.

Crafted item they offer: Two items:.

A) One dozen vegan cupcakes! Sky's the limit on the flavor -- chocolate and peanut butter, lemon and raspberry, classic red velvet, pumpkin cream cheese -- email me for an exhaustive list of flavors. Basically, whatever your favorite flavor combination is, I can make that into a vegan cupcake.



B) Two dozen vegan brownies (pick from the following flavors: espresso fudge, peanut butter chocolate chip, chocolate mint, and Almond Joy).



I also do vegan & gluten-free cupcakes and brownies. Just let me know of any allergies (my kitchen is not free of cross-contaminants, though I use different bowls and equipment for gluten-free).

Crafted item they offer: Cross-stitch project of your choosing. Depending upon what you decide we can go with framed, it could be wearable, usable, whatever, as long as I can stitch on it. This is especially good if you're a fan-artist yourself and want a stitched version of your work. If I am asked to stitch something based off of another artist's work, I will need their explicit permission, ofc. I WILL NOT STITCH: incest, bestiality, non-con, under(canon)age sex, anything relating to the cast/crew (RPF), scat. Other than that, all characters/pairings/content are systems GO.

Crafted item they offer: A pair of fingerless gloves, hand-knit, with a triskele on the back of the hand and a wolf paw print on the palm.. I will make the gloves in whatever the winner's favourite colour is; the triskele/paw will be either black or white, depending on the chosen colour of the body of the gloves. Winner will be able to choose between my using wool or acrylic yarn (if allergic to wool or a vegan, for instance).
