"Let's kick some noobs so ace players can join" Is this fair? Is this right? Is it OK to kick players just because they're new in the game?

I remember buying this game almost 15 years ago when it first came out, when I first joined Steam roughly, and this was one of the first games I purchased. Really, time flies, and it's kinda sad to see this game gone. Same with many other games unfortunately, but I still think about it from time to time......

does someone know whats up?
