Update includes:
- airquality - significant improvements to current AQI measurements.
- tropicalcyclones & tropicalcyclones/archive - Supports MultiLineString geometries for track & forecast that cross the antimeridian for queries using format=geojson .
- tropicalcyclones - Removes duplicate windfield data previously stored in `trackPoint` features using format=geojson. Added `trackWindfield` feature
- Other minor updates and improvements
