We’re continuing to monitor closely to ensure everything stays stable. You should now see your correct trade history, account passing status, number of winning days, and the ability to request a payout.

Update - Hey Traders,

We’ve identified the cause of the issue affecting Trade Data availability in the Trader Dashboard (New Dashboard).

Impact: Traders will see a delay with account passing status, number of winning days, and the ability to request a payout.

We are actively working on a fix and expect to have this deployed shortly. One important thing to note, your account balance is reflecting properly inside of the dashboard. As trade data is synced your account status and payout eligibility will be updated properly.

Our engineering team is working on a fix now to restore systems as quickly as possible.

Identified - Hey Traders,

We’ve identified the cause of the issue affecting New Dashboard Account Trade Data.

Impact: Traders may still see missing Account Trade Data for trades placed after 945am CDT. Once a fix is implemented the missing Account Trade Data will be backfilled.
