Monitoring - Intercom has informed us they have implemented a fix and are monitoring the results. Customers have reported they are now able to initiate live chats with SimpleTexting teams. We'll continue monitoring and close this incident once we're confident live chats are working as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience!
