Degraded Client-side HB availability and SSB response time increased in Americas Region
Resolved - Dear Customers,

The issue causing drop in delivery for client-side Header Bidding and increased response times for SSB integrations in the Americas region appears to be resolved.

The impact was observed between 22:05 UTC and 22:35 UTC. Performance has returned to expected levels, and our engineering team is continuing to monitor the platform closely to ensure ongoing stability.

Identified - Dear Customers,

We are currently investigating an issue impacting the Americas region that may cause a temporary drop in delivery for client-side Header Bidding and increased response time for SSB integrations.
