I just configured my Raspberry Pi Plexamp player to ALSO be an Airplay receiver. And...it just worked. This is the kind of thing that I find very fun. Pointless, but fun.

Getting my eyes checked today. Eye exams aren't invasive at all, but they always stress me out a little bit. I don't like having my eyes played with.

I just finished reading all of Stephen Fry's "Mythos" books on ancient Greek mythology. And based on that very cursory knowledge, I feel safe in stating that the ancient Greeks would have LOVED ComiCon.

I'm not a huge Star Trek fan. I like Star Trek, but I'm not a "Trekkie".

Browsing . This is a very good summation of what the last week has felt like. I left Twitter a few years ago, I know this wave will settle and people will settle in, but it's a bit much at the moment.

My has gotten very interesting with the influx of Twitter users. I'm mostly connected to art and writing instances, so overall it's been very positive.

As much as I' d like to claim that I wrote 85K words in one day, my current tally is the result of a wildly optimistic automated system, not a reflection of reality.

I know I am the first manager ever to have this thought, but if I didn't have to spend so much time taking care of the problems on my team I could spend more time making my team better. Someone should look into this.
