starting to build back up my weekly running mileage: 13 mi -> 17 mi -> 22 mi -> 26 mi. (I know you're only supposed to do 10% a week but I feel like I'm going "back" to a baseline rather than ramping up.)

Just created org-roam-copy.el; it searches for an org-roam node and copies the :COPY: property into the clipboard. So if you find yourself copying & pasting stuff a lot (e.g. your phone number, or the name of a server) this may save time.

iOS notifications are a bit off vs. Android notifications. On Android, if you acknowledge a notification, the notification gets acknowledged in the source app. In iOS, notification center has a copy of the notification; acknowledging the notification center version does NOT tell the source app to mark it read.

Today continues the trend of me doing absolute trash runs (half walking, very high heart rates vs normal) and Garmin increasing my VO2 Max score

100% Garmin-measured heat acclimation! Also it thinks my VO2 Max is going up although I have a higher heart rate and slower pace due to the heat. Is North Carolina air easier to breathe than Seattle air?? #running

After the latest 92°F run, Garmin says I'm "92% heat acclimated." Hoping for superpowers with that final 8%! #running

Reading about Common Lisp and I'm somewhat troubled by this format directive:
~& emits [a newline] only if it's not already at the beginning of a line. This is handy when writing loosely coupled functions that each generate a piece of output and that need to be combined in different ways.
I assume this is per output stream/string? This implies a level of statefulness that I am having a hard time squaring with the super-conceptual parts of Lisp
