The vendor-related form issues have been addressed with fixes in place and no issues are currently being reported. Our vendor continues to investigate root case and we are continuing to monitor closely until we are able to confirm a full resolution.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with some forms on 1password.com and are investigating. Our team has identified an issue with one of our vendors and is working with them to restore service as quickly as possible. Weโll share updates here as we learn more.
