This privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) sets out and describes the basis on which MOTOGP SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, S.L (hereinafter, “MotoGP Group” or “We”) will process any personal data collected by MotoGP Group or that you may have provided, in order to comply with the duty of transparency in accordance with applicable regulations.
MotoGP Group is the owner and manager of its own platforms and digital businesses. Likewise, MotoGP Group has the right to develop, manage, and commercially exploit the “Official Website” of the FIM Superbike World Championship (“WSBK” or “WorldSBK”), under the URL WorldSBK (“WSBK Website”), pursuant to a licence agreement with Dorna WSBK Organization Srl, which holds the commercial, marketing, and media rights of WSBK.
The information contained in this Privacy Policy enables you to consult the details of the various processing operations of your personal data that may be carried out as a result of accessing and using the websites owned or managed by MotoGP Group, mobile applications, TV applications, TV/connectable devices, social media platforms or profiles, and/or other digital channels of MotoGP Group (hereinafter, “Our Channels”), without prejudice to any specific information that may be provided through these channels. There are certain websites and applications that use the name and/or trademarks of MotoGP Group but are operated by our external licensees or collaborating partners. For example:

While we may receive personal data from these third parties, we do not operate such Third Party Digital Products nor are we responsible for their privacy policies.

MotoGP Group will properly inform Users about the processing of their data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
WHAT IS THE “SINGLE SIGN ON” SERVICE?
When an unregistered user becomes a registered user of MotoGP Group’s digital services, they are assigned a personal, individualized, non-transferable, and multi-purpose ID. This ID will be managed by MotoGP Group through the “Single Sign On” service (hereinafter, “SSO”), which allows the user to use and access all Our Channels that have implemented the SSO functionality without the need to create separate accounts or register individually for each of them.
The SSO service will provide a profile with a username and password (hereinafter, “Credentials”), which will allow the registered user to identify themselves and access all Our Channels connected to the SSO service using the same Credentials. Through this profile, the user will be able to manage their privacy preferences and the information provided in the corresponding section of Our Channels (hereinafter, the “My Profile” section). Registration requires a minimum amount of information considered mandatory in the registration form.
TO WHOM WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data may be shared with the following entities in cases provided for by law and based on compliance with a legal obligation.

- Courts and Tribunals.
- Law enforcement agencies.
Additionally, your personal data may be accessed by: (i) MotoGP Group’s service providers, these accesses always being necessary for the proper fulfillment and functioning of the previously described purposes, and (ii) those third parties who, within the framework of a merger, acquisition, or transfer and in accordance with applicable regulations, may acquire MotoGP Group’s business assets.

WHERE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Regarding the location of your data, we inform you that the use of services from some MotoGP Group providers involves processing data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including countries that do not provide a level of data protection equivalent to European regulations, among them the United States, with such transfers covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
If the involvement of any MotoGP Group providers in service delivery entails an international transfer of data, such transfer will be properly regulated, adopting appropriate safeguards for its execution.

In any case, MotoGP Group reserves the right to keep your data (duly blocked) when necessary to comply with obligations and responsibilities imposed by mandatory laws or regulations, or upon request of the competent authority in accordance with the law.
- Restriction of processing: You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data when any of the conditions provided for in data protection regulations are met.
- Withdrawal of consent: You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given, for some or all purposes based on that consent, at any time from the “My Profile” section, available to any registered user.
- Objection: You have the right to object to processing, at any time, from the “My Profile” section, available to any registered user, if the processing is based on MotoGP Group’s legitimate interest. In this case, MotoGP Group will cease processing, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject.
- Data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to MotoGP Group in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller, in cases legally provided for this purpose.

SECURITY MEASURES
MotoGP Group will process personal data in absolute confidentiality and with the mandatory duty of secrecy, in accordance with applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring data security and preventing alteration, loss, processing, or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which it is exposed.
