Rooms
The Library has four versatile meeting spaces that may sometimes be available for public use. Library programs will take priority.
The largest is the Laura Beer Community Room, which has an expandable wall that allows it to be divided into two parts, effectively offering three room options, as well as a Conference Room.
When submitting a room inquiry, you must read and agree to the Library’s Meeting Rooms Policy.
Room inquiries made less than a week in advance cannot be reserved, per meeting room policy.
Please note: submitting an inquiry does not guarantee you will be able to get the room you wanted, for the purpose wanted, on the date and time you wanted.
