In this transitionary phase, appreciating the key take-" away" expectations of restaurant partners will strengthen the model. Design/Methodology/Approach This descriptive study is administered through convenience sampling of 123 Restaurant Partners of FOOD Apps. Key expectations from these food delivery services companies were identified and underlying dimensions exposed. Identified attributes are examined through Revised IPA. Findings The research exhibits mouth-watering toppings in the business association like online presence, wider reach, enhanced sales, and customer management. It also portrays longing demands of restaurant partners. Originality/Value Among the four participants of this business model, restaurant partners play a vital role, and this work is the primal attempt to delve into the "take " expectations of-away restaurant partners. The present study gives a first-hand view on their expectations. Implications This study enables practicing managers of FOOD firms to work on the strong and weak points and enable them to device appropriate strategy. This will result in manifesting fruitful association between technology giants and established restaurant houses.

Especially, manufacturing firms in developing countries such as India the world’s 'manufacturing floors ' – are under heavy scrutiny from many parties. This paper is an effort to research the status of CSR activities relating to ‘environment ’ in Indian manufacturing sector. A review of literature shows little is available on the status of environment CSR practices in the manufacturing sector. This paper obtains data through a survey of 50 manufacturing companies belonging to automobile, cement, chemical, pharmaceutical and textile sectors. The findings reveal the emergence of environment CSR as corporate focus. The paper also provides suggestions on enhancement of environment CSR in the Indian manufacturing units.

Retailers in general and small retailers, in particular, has to possess entrepreneurial competencies in order to survive and succeed in this turbulent environment. This paper is an attempt to diagnose the entrepreneurial competency of Provision store and Supermarket retailers in Chennai. The researcher collected data from 103 retailers and analyzed their level of entrepreneurial competency and its association with their demographic profile. The study reveals that retailers are not possessing a great deal of entrepreneurial competency. And the demographic profile of the respondents significantly impacts their entrepreneurial competencies.

Exploration of the entrepreneurial side of retailers will expose the essential attitudes to survive in the new world order. The present study is an endeavor towards this end. Design/methodology/approach In this descriptive research, a pre-tested entrepreneurial orientation questionnaire constructed by De Nobrega (2012) was adopted, and it was fine-tuned to suit for the retail environment. Initially, an exploratory study was organized, and it was followed by confirmatory factor analysis. Data collected were analyzed with SPSS 23.0, and the conceptual model was validated in AMOS 23.0. Findings The study evinces that the retailer’s entrepreneurial orientation is induced by five factors, namely, autonomy, risk-taking, innovation, competitive aggressiveness and pro-activeness.
