The concept of the smart city work on the underlying fact of reducing the wastage of the resources and alongside conservation of them for the future use. The smart city is not a very new concept in the world but when we talk in the Indian perspective it is the new terminology. In this paper we will try to implement the various projects that we certainly resolve some of the most generic problems of the states. In these suggested project the main emphasises will be given on the use of Internet of Things. As the IoT framework (actuators, sensors and micro-controller) is used which make the whole implementation economical & ease of maintenance. The Micro- controller which we have used is Octabrix (Proprietary product of iB Hubs) which is the most economical option a vailable in the market. In this paper we will discuss the use of various sensors and micro controller based project useful in urban and rural area.

So this made the place for the development of various type methodologies that support agile type development. In this paper we will proposed a new type of framework that support the agile type development. This model follow the concept of MVC framework which is divided into major three part i.e. Model, View and Control. This proposed framework will support the secure requirement gathering and also support the customer oriented priority. Here the customer himself design the user interface and make the UI so there is zero chance of rejection or minimise use, hence making the software development more easy and error free.

Now a day's the use of E-mail become very popular because of their fast and easy to use in nature. This new technology has led to the problem of Authentication of the Message. To perform this activity we use the technique called MAC (Message Authentication Code). The message authentication code is the digest that is send along with the message to authenticate the origin of the message from where it is generated. The MAC (Message Authentication Code) is generated by the process of creating the message digest and also adding the encryption to it. However this is not very secure. In this paper we will encrypt the message digest and then again use the previously available cryptographic algorithm and again encrypt the Message. We this the idea of confusion and diffusion make are message more secure.
