Want to display the RSS feed with scroller then use this RSS scroller wordpress pluin. This plug-in will display RSS feed with simple scroller or ticker. It gradually reveals each item into view from left to right. This will display 1 by 1 with horizontal scroller. I.e. your RSS feed title will scroll will scroll on the post/widget with link.
