You can install the Instant Knowledgebase plugin in three ways:
🔌 Automatic Installation (Recommended):
- Go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
- Search for „Instant Knowledgebase“.
- Click Install Now, then click Activate.
💻 Manual Installation via FTP:
- Download the plugin ZIP from the WordPress.org plugin page or here.
- Unzip the file.
- Upload the folder
instant-knowledgebaseto the/wp-content/plugins/directory using FTP or your hosting file manager. - Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and click Activate.
🧩 Upload via WordPress Admin:
- Download the ZIP file.
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Choose the downloaded ZIP file, click Install Now, and then click Activate.
Once activated:
– Navigate to Knowledge Base > Settings to configure options.
– Create a page and insert the shortcode [instant_knowledgebase] to display the knowledge base on your site.
