An old hotel completed in 1967 on Minquan Road (民權路). It was designed by Liao Shangkun (廖上焜) and featured art by Li Zhifu (李治輔), an apprentice of Wang Shui-ho (王水河), on the façade. The business closed in 1999 and it has been semi-abandoned ever since, but is not typically accessible to casual explorers.
