Dave Monroe
I am professor of Applied Ethics at St. Petersburg College in Florida. I hold a bachelor's degree in philosophy from University of West Florida and an MA in Philosophy from Western Michigan University, and I am writing a PhD on Michel Serres' ethics at The University of Staffordshire. My interests are broad and varied, including philosophical reflection on food, philosophy of humor, and certain topics in ethical theory and applied ethics (e.g. animal issues). I draw inspiration from both the continental and the analytic philosophical traditions.
