Описываемые предметы ранее никогда не были опубликованы и введены в научный оборот.
The article is devoted to the extensive and varied collection of folk art glass of the 18th-19th centuries from the Department of Folk Art of the State Russian Museum. The described items have never been published or introduced into scientific circulation before.

Статья посвящена проблеме атрибуции медно-латунных круглых прорезных блях коновалов (пряжек) с фи... more Статья посвящена проблеме атрибуции медно-латунных круглых прорезных блях коновалов (пряжек) с фигурой всадника (собрания ГРМ, РЭМ и ГИМ). В статье затронуты вопросы, связанные с временем создания, местом бытования, способом крепления подобных произведений, их официальном назначением. Также сделана попытка их классификации, проводится типологический анализ, рассматриваются художественные особенности.
The article is devoted to the problem of attribution of copper-brass round notched plaques of konoval (buckles) with a figure of a rider (Russian State museum, The Russian Museum of Ethnography, State Historical museum). The article touches on issues related to the time of creation, place of existence, the way of fixing such works, their official appointment. Also an attempt was made to classify them, a typological analysis is carried out, and artistic features are considered.

В статье приведены памятники искусства, на которых Косма и Дамиан изображаются со святым Николаем, Иаковом Перским и другими святыми.
This article deals with the iconography of the healer saints Cosmas and Damian. Three pairs of holy doctors are considered: Assysian, Assyrian and those who suffered in Rome. The article examines the monuments of art on which Cosmas and Damian are depicted with St. Nicholas, James of Persia and other saints.

These items have a complex composition, including a heraldic scene depicting a lion and a unicorn under a crown. Differing from konovals' badges by their unusual shape and attachment system to clothes, they are a unique distinctive professional signs. The article presents two groups of plates of different types, analyzes their composition, history of existence. Works from various museum collections are considered.
Эта статья посвящена профессиональным медно-латунным знакам мясников. Они имеют сложную композицию, включающую геральдическую сцену с изображением льва и единорога под короной. Отличающиеся от блях коновалов необычной формой и системой крепления к одежде они являются уникальным отличительным профессиональным знаком. В статье представлены две группы блях разного типа, проанализирована их композиция, история бытования. Рассматриваются произведения из разных музейных собраний.

Эта статья посвящена медно-латунным накладкам с изображением всадника на коне и двух коновалов по... more Эта статья посвящена медно-латунным накладкам с изображением всадника на коне и двух коновалов по бокам – бляхам коновалов (бляхам с сумок коновалов). Они являлись опознавательным профессиональным знаком древнего ветеринара-лекаря, который ходил из деревни в деревню и лечил животных. Обычно такие бляхи крепились на сумку, в которой ветеринар носил свои инструменты и лечебные травы. В исследовании предпринимается попытка решения проблемы происхождения художественной традиции, также дана типология медных профессиональных знаков коновалов.
This paper deals with history of a copper-brass plates depicting a rider on horseback and two horsemen on the sides - the plaque on the bags of "konovals". They were the identification professional sign of the ancient veterinarian-doctor who went from village to village and treated animals.
Typically, these plaques were attached to a bag in which the veterinarian carried his tools and medicinal herbs. The study attempts to solve the problem of the origin of the artistic tradition, and also gives a typology of copper professional signs of konovals.
