Chapter one which is the introduction to the study will be subdivided into different areas which will segment the study into explaining the background of the study, scope, statement of the problem, significance of the study, research questions, limitations to the study and the definition of terms. Chapter two will review related literatures about the area of study.

Background / Purpose: Lassa fever (LF) is a severe hemorrhagic illness caused by the Lassa virus ... more Background / Purpose: Lassa fever (LF) is a severe hemorrhagic illness caused by the Lassa virus and is associated with high mortality. The virus is transmitted to humans by contact with excreta, urine or blood of rodents - Mastomys natalensis . In 2012, LF outbreak affected 19 out of 36 states in Nigeria. In August 2012, a suspected case of LF was reported in a tertiary hospital at Ibadan and we investigated the outbreak to determine its magnitude, source, possible risk factors and to recommend control and preventive measures. Main conclusion: The possible mode of spread was rodent to human. We conducted public health education and assessed health facilities epidemic preparedness response capacity and recommended further research into prevalence of infected Mastomys rat in this locality, as well as training of health workers on early detection and case management.

Many are the things which are known to be the relations between states and political actors espec... more Many are the things which are known to be the relations between states and political actors especially in the sense of coming together for a purpose. The skeptic view of International Relations is joining hands to sharpen the future. Many organizations known today are existing as a Result of Relationship with other nation-state. It also concerns peoples and cultures all over the world alongside with the scope and complexity of the interactions between the various groups that makes IR a challenging subject to master. IR is new and dynamic and has a special appeal to everybody. I have once asked myself "what exactly is the future of IR?" Barely, most governmental actors are in place to fix every leakage but to their in-mind interest. We can all see the outrage of war and economic insufficiency in the world at large; there are people who are capable to fix the situation but it is awfully not possible because of self-interest. Aristotle in his word said "The spirit which distinguishes man as a rational being is incapable of being destroyed", which means the soul has a strong path, a purpose and a means to achieve this end. For Aristotle, the ultimate happiness lies in the pursuit of wisdom for his own good.
