Apparently the American Association For the Advancement of Science sponsors a "Dance Your Dissertation Contest" every year at its annual convention. You can see last year's winner below or go to the Gonzolab website and see them all. Could a "Dance Your NIE" competition be next? Surrealist Saturday: People From Age 1 To 100 Hitting A Drum
I am not sure why this post on Boing Boing caught my eye but it did. The video is short and oddly hypnotic. While I don't know if this is technically "surreal", it churned my brain in the same that Magritte does.
