It lacks the so-called stealth scan! What good is this if it's going to be noisy? It's r*****ed.

Angry IP-scanner is with me, and used all the time. I have added quite a few IP-ranges as favorites, and created a good list of ports. Every morning I open, or refresh. This way I can can tell by a quick look if critical services are up. It is quite simple, but still provides me with a wealth of information. I wish you would make the Netmask field more flexible, I would like to be able to write in the values I need: 25,26,27,28,29 ... A quick way to move settings to a new machine would be nice, since I use a lot of computers. Angry IP Scanner is indespensable, and is the first thing I bring aboard on a new computer. LINUX, Mac or Windows. :) Finally I will say thank you for many years with good work.

Super app! Has more features than I need, and even now after years of using it, I find options in there that make it even more useful!

Being written in Java, it may be seemed a bit overweight. But it keeps exactly matched cross-platform GUI. It is the scanner of choice if you use different operating systems simultaneously.
