How does Radius determine contact locations?
Radius uses ZIP code data from your HubSpot contacts. We map ZIP codes to geographic centroids and calculate distances using the Haversine formula. No external geocoding API required—instant lookups with zero per-contact costs.
What if my contacts don't have ZIP codes?
The Data Quality Dashboard shows you exactly how many contacts are missing location data. Use it to prioritize data enrichment or filter lists by completeness.
Does Radius work internationally?
We're launching with US ZIP codes first. International postal code support (Canada, UK, EU) is on the roadmap. Tell us which regions matter most when you sign up!
