Etymology: Wish has three meanings: “To feel or express a strong desire or hope for something that could happen" and “To want to do something." and “A desire or hope for something to happen."

Wish is a Goddess who was made by the Universe itself to act as one of the many galaxies' Gods.
She had a responsibility to the Universe's will, but she wanted to be free to do as she pleased and not be made to conform to certain parameters. This gave her a somewhat bitter outlook on being what she was and she began to loathe authority and responsibility and yearned to simply create.
Wish is and was a spirit of wild and free willpower and was the singular creator of the Milky Way Galaxy and all of its' components. She made it all with – the then unnamed - Stardust, a special substance granted to only her by The Will*. Using this sparkling dust, she created planets, asteroids, moons, stars and eventually – albeit unintentionally – the Celestials.
After creating the Galaxy and relinquishing the “Throne" of the Celestials to her “son and daughter" Chaos and Cosmos she withdrew to her own planet on the very edge of the Galaxy. This planet is seen as an artist's paradise and it is covered and garnished in many incredible, unique and magical masterpieces. It is governed by Wish and inhabited by free spirits such as herself who yearn to create endlessly, beyond Death's, Time's and Rebirth's reaches.
The name of this planet and its' very existence is unknown to many as it is hidden away from the galaxy's populace. To those who are fortunate enough to be accepted as a part of her world through knowing of her and becoming an inhabitant of her planet, the globe is known as Angelus Sanctum, literally meaning “Sanctuary of Angels."
It is hidden using a magical veil, making the planet invisible. Should any attempt to locate the planet be made, it shall disappear into nothing but a cloud of Stardust, then reassemble itself upon the would-be intruder or intruders' departure.
It is not that Wish wishes to be disassociated with her creations or is afraid of her creations, she simply yearns for the one thing that is never granted to beings such as herself; freedom. Freedom from responsibility, freedom from pressure, freedom from expectations and freedom to be who she truly is. Wish is very much a visionary and a dreamer, a creator over a governor.
Wishes' main personality is a playful, wise, gentle and sometimes childlike woman with a kind disposition, however she is also flighty and extremely shy and timid causing a somewhat cold exterior. This can make her seem as if she believes herself to be better than others due to her position, but this is not the case…she is merely very shy and tends to hide this behind an air of indifference and boundless wisdom. This personality is conveyed through a vibrant purple hue and adorned with glasses and is generally accepted as her “standard" form.
Wish is extremely romantic and creative, having a love for love itself and the artwork that can stem from that one emotion which she does not entirely comprehend, even despite being its' creator. Love is the one emotion that Wish cannot freely control with her power over moods and its' influence over her creation.
Her mood can change in a split second from its natural gentle and shy persona to a fiery, enraged fit of anger. These mood swings are made clear through the unique colour changing markings scattered over her coat and makes it easy to tell exactly how she feels in that moment. Her mood is important because it dictates what she creates, how she creates it and its purpose. Through this notion, it is Wish who is responsible for all the Virtues and Seven Deadly Sins.
Wish will interfere with Celestial politics if – and only if - she is absolutely needed. An example of this is Sirias' tyranny; it was Wish who designed and crafted Eirana to become the eventual successor to the Celestials and who personally groomed her into being the gentle and inspirational Queen that she is today. Despite her dislike of authority, Wish is experienced in the knowledge of what is expected due to being seen as a queen of her own planet and personally guided and helped the Fallen on her path to right the wrongs.
Today, Wish governs Angelus Sanctum loosely and is still as free spirited as she was in the past. She rules her own court known as the Spirit court, which is inhabited by the artists who live on Angelus Sanctum of which there are around 7,000.
ABILITIES AND POWERS:
Stardust
Stardust was granted to Wish upon her creation. She has complete control over the substance and is able to control it particle by particle. She can create whatever she likes with Stardust but certain things and beings have certain requirements. She can also disassemble anything through Stardust.
Stardust Lordship
Through Stardust, Wish is most known to create Celestials who are the beings closest to herself through also having a Core and being of an astral nature. She uses the Pura* (pure soul) from the Star Cauldron in order to do this and creates the Celestial based off of the state of the Pura.
She can create constructs, items and apparel through granting some of her magical energy to Stardust in order to solidify it into shape. For example: weaponry, apparel, architecture, art, buildings, planets, celestial bodies etc.
Stardust Combat
Wish can use Stardust in combat in order to create and disassemble things and beings. Asides from this her main ability is to use highly pressurized Stardust in the form of beam emissions. Her preferred manner of performing this is through archery and through firing residual stardust using her hands or bodily gems.
Psychic Abilities
Wish is able to use but is not limited to telekinesis, telepathy (outgoing only) , clairvoyance, aura reading, death-warning, divination, remote viewing, scrying, astral projection, empathy and mediumship.
Some of these she performs using her weapon's lantern and looking into its flames.
Flight
Wish can fly with and without wings (which are housed in her back and projected through the Wing Gems in her shoulder blades ) and possesses ankle wings that aid in her balance in doing so. She is capable of levitation, hovering, gliding, flight, high flight and high jump. Wish is also known for riding her weapon like a broomstick.
Elemental Lordship
Wish has almost full control over the base four elements: Air, Fire, Earth and Water. She also has near complete mastery over Radiance, Shadows and astral magic.
Stardust Body
Stardust is what Wish is made out of and she uses this ability to its fullest by having a body that can disperse into Stardust at will, making her impossible to target unless she is weakened.
Crystal Manipulation
Wish can control the crystals floating around her body, feet and tail in combat.
Constellation Empowerment
Wish's halo transforms into its true form: Corona, the crown constellation. This empowers her with astral power and gives her morale to fight. The shape of Corona can be seen past Wish's halo whenever she is casting magic.
Prism is Wish's “Apprentice". In reality she is The Will's creation sent to be Wish's moderator, protector and to clean up any mistakes that Wish makes in her creative fits. She appears as Phoenix-like angelic creature and is named as a Celestial. Prism also doubles as “the Will of the Dust".
Her body is made of Stardust in the same fashion as Wish's and her body has iridescent patches, meaning she gives off different coloured lights from different angles.
Prism doubles as a spy by the name of Silver who in turn is the spiritual form of the human Ani.
*The Will refers to “the Will of the Universe", an unknown and unseen entity that acts as the Universe's voice.
*Pura refers to a pure soul. This can be a human soul, animal soul, or even a natural earthen soul.
