A bit about my Original Character:
Varanis
Blackclaw is a Vectarr, a species of anthropomorphic beings that
existed in the realm of Mystarr as a precursor to the feral beasts
mortal men know as dragons. They accumulated power over their world
through the use of mighty war machines powered by unstable magics and
caused a cataclysm which sent most of their kind away; those remaining
behind for penance were punished by the Gods for the destruction of
their world. These poor souls were transformed into the monsters that
have roamed the world since time immemorial, but the few Vectarr that
remained hidden have found a new world where they salvaged their once
great civilization and started again. This character has been in my life
since 1993; it is the oldest form of the various permutations bearing
that name some of you may have seen me use throughout the years. If you
would like to know more about my fantasy setting or it's inhabitants,
just ask. It has been the central focus of all my tabletop role-playing
efforts since I first began running my own adventures.
