Background:
Born in a castle owned by an insane magic user. The madman believed he could create the ultimate magical being through a combination of Science, Potions, and Sorcery. He captured many different magical creatures/beings and started combining their genetics after many years he created Storm a hybrid of several Dragon species and a Phoenix.
The Phoenix had just been reborn and was still in a weakened state, unable to defend himself from the madman he was captured and he's powers sealed like evey other being that the madman had captured.
Storm proved powerful at birth, her fire abilities were so strong that as soon as she was born she took one look at the madman who created her, her phoenix ability to sense evil kicked in and she set fire to the the madman there by freeing all his captives. She can shapeshift enough to look human or elvish. She is somewhat shy and tends to be on guard around new beings especially other magic users until her Phoenix powers give her a feel for the being. Some of her abilities/powers seem to turn on and off at random. She prefers to mold her magic in her hands and then cast or fire it as a ball or bolt she also is skilled with sealing magics (ie. the Sealing jutsus in Naruto with some being similar to those found in Bleach.) with which she can completely contain most if not all other magics. She is stongest with Fire magics but is nearly as stong with Lightning and Wind, Water, and Ice are a bit weaker. She can use Earth and Illusion magics but they tend to be weaker then the others. Of the abilities she has Phoenix Teleportation is her favorite. Her least favorite, but still a useful ability is her Empathy/Telepathy which is still unstable and tends to turn off and on in varying degrees of intensity, it can be quite painful for her at times.
Apperance:
Bipedal/quadrupedal, silver dragon scales and scutes. Her eyes are gold/yellow with a black cat-slit pupil. Her scales around her eyes are black kind of like how the Egyptians put black around their eyes. Her wings are Red and Gold Phoenix wings. She has red and gold feathers running down from her head down her back to a feathered fan shaped tail tip. She is covered mostly in scales but has scutes on her feet, hands, and elbows. She has to long backward pointing Gold horns on top of her head.
