Lets see...What can I say about me?
I'm Aleks, a Writer, Artist, Metal Rhythm Guitarist and hardcore videogamer from Canada. I'm heavily into the furry community (why would I be here if I wasn't?) and I've officially gone off the deep end of crazy. I'm a very detached...realistic sort of person, and nothing concerns me anymore. School life, friends, they're all a secondary part of life that doesn't really matter.
Now, I just...do things. I don't have a plan, or anything like that. I'm like a dog chasing cars...I wouldn't know what to do if I ever caught one. All of my dreams- to become a professional writer, an artist, or even a guitarist...they're all far off fantasies I'll probably never achieve, and if one fell in my lap, I'd be too stunned to do anything with them.
I guess I'm a lot like The Dark Knight's 'Joker', in that respect. After all, I'm kinda crazy.
Anyways, with respect to the writing side of me, I'm not very creative...at all. So I always look for people with interesting ideas who can set the ball rolling. I can write if I feel the story in my veins, if I don't feel it, it comes out shitty. Which is perhaps a secret I should share with you all, -feel- your story, don't -write- it. Be a part of what you're creating, let the characters tell you what they would do next, and let the plot become its own creation.
So yeah, if you have a story idea, but you can't write, feel free to share. I may not do it exactly to spec (as the characters may jerk around on me and do things beyond my control as their overseer), but it might inspire me to create a wonderful story that you all will love to pieces and leave 9 paragraph comments on (i.e. Strength of Heart)
As far as art goes, I'm not crazy enough to think I could do commission work...just simple requests if you have any. I always need ideas to keep improving my style. Which, I'm extremely proud to say, no longer sucks as horribly as it did when I first started.
Anyways, I'll wrap this up before I start to ramble like a nut. We'll close with a comment from the Joker.
