Hi there! My name is Rukj and I'm
a black lynx that comes from Spain. I write stories in English and Spanish, and
usually all my writing can be found in these two languages. I think I do well
in both, but if you find any mistake, typo or whatever you think that needs to
be checked, just let me know!
If you want to read my
stories, but need to know more about them in order to choose which to start
with, here's a short description of each for you:
Chronicles of the Borderline or Crónicas de la Frontera is an already finished story and the first story I posted in
this site. It takes place in a medieval setting in which Humans and Beasts are
in war. After centuries of conflicts and fights, they built the Borderline: a
huge wall which divides their world in the Lands of the Humans and the Lands of
the Beasts, where the action takes place. Rukj Jirnagherr is a wolf who
betrayed his own race in the moment he adopted a baby Human he found in an
attack to a Human village as his own cub. He couldn't imagine that the child he
saved was destined to stop the war and the hatred between both races.
Frostpaw or Garragélida is the series of novels I'm working in at the moment. It takes
place in a modern setting and follows the story of Zèon, an arctic fox who was
taken prisoner by humans and locked up in a mysterious prison called the Box.
As he struggles to overcome the ghosts of his past, Zèon will try to understand
why they have been captured and how they can escape from there. There is a
sequel now called Embertooth (Colmillo Ígneo).
I recently uploaded a (slightly long) short story
called Shooting Stars (Estrellas Fugaces in Spanish). It's quite
different from what I have previously written, with a more romantic approach,
but if you're looking for something shorter, then this is definitely your
story!
I also record and post
some music from time to time, and I am also involved in the Spanish translation
of The Golden Week by Kimmykun .
You can find the English version here and
the Spanish version, here.
I love getting feedback
and I consider myself quite approachable, so if you need anything, just let me
know!
