(( I want to make this explicit and clear, I will RP with Females and Herms only, the odd male might get a RP now and then, if it is transformation based, maybe. :[ ))
The most interesting sort of stories often come on the tail end of other stories, splitting off in odd little deviations and tall tales that in turn become stories in their own with deviations upon deviation. This story is just such one of those deviations and split offs so far down the line that the story's original progenitor is muddled and lost. Some say for this creature it all began with the first invention of the nuclear bomb, others say that the story was much older than that, possibly starting with the very sun itself. In the end it does not really matter how the story starts, just that the story in fact is.
In all things there is a certain amount of background radiation, usually so small that it's influence takes thousands if not millions of years to truly influence living beings. After the development of nuclear weapons, and nuclear reactors, and nuclear this and nuclear that it was only natural to see what else nuclear power could do for mankind. Thus the introduction of the Molecular Radiation Mutater, or M.R.M. for short.
This device was supposed to use selective bursts of radiation specially enhanced with scientific "who-knows-what", which is still technically under wraps by the very governments which where working on the project, in order to influence mutation within subjects to force adaptation to certain environments or scenarios. The machine worked fairly well, though it took many years for the machine to be properly calibrated so that the scientists could specifically mutate subjects in a non-random fashion.
And from this we receive the split off into the story of Rads. Rads was spawned from the M.R.M., though not purposefully but rather as a waste product of the machine. After every use the machine's source of radiation, little nuclear rods filled with a jelly material to prolong the machine's use, had to be exchanged for new rods. After one use a rather clumsy scientist was taking the spent rod back to the storage and disposal room when it was dropped, prompting an immediate evacuation of the lab.
This accident spawned Rads, an amorphous Jelly creature that usually looks mostly like an particularly big bubble of glowing green goop on the floor. When not actively doing much of anything the little goo bubble was less than a foot tall, and slightly less than a foot at it's widest point. When agitated, or looking for "prey," the little bubble could sprout tendrils and tentacles of all shapes and sizes, as well as stretch out his bubble like form to greater sizes, the biggest so far being estimated at twenty five feet tall, and nearly as wide.
Rads has three points usually near the top of the little bubble which many people assume to be it's eyes though it does not appear that Rads actually uses them to see. Whatever the little points are they are the only thing that is distinguishing upon the little bubble of happiness.
Rads is incredibly playful, or perhaps very inquisitive, and enjoys playing with most furs. He is of a gifted intelligence, at least for a little blob, and enjoys playing with females and Herms mostly, not having much of an interest in males. Whether by accident or design Rads enjoys mutating people, often something small and reversible through more mutation, though sometimes he would go so far as to completely change one being into another, or make certain body parts overly sensitive. the process by which he does it is much like the M.R.M. though how that machine specifically works is still under wraps, so the process to most is much like a mystery.

Recently I had a wonderful RP in which I was able to envelop someone almost completely, leaving the 'victim' with the ability to breath but not much else. While doing this I was able to control them like a puppet, not to mention fondle and play with them in every way, if this sounds interesting to you.. whisper me dammit. XD
