Quinten is a rather interesting topic, his family life was fine of course being born blue makes you the topic of teasing...children can be so cruel.
His teen years were better seeing as his quirky nature and natural charm had developed him into a pretty nice guy.
He was in an accident that should have ended his life, but instead gave him a set of pretty cool gadgets and powers.
For one...he can only die if the cause of death is unknown to him...for example if given a strong poison in a drink he does not assume poisonous he will die; this causes him to be very paranoid
If the death can be prevented in any way as seen in the cartoons he used to watch as a young cub...he will survive
Also NOTE: He can still feel pain and be hospitalized
He has on him a small satchel, which can hold nearly anything he'll need at that given moment in time and a small red flip phone which connects him to all of his friends and acquaintances

In bed he goes by his collar and "Will Dom if necessary".
He loves intimacy and surprises and learning new and exciting things.
