I earned a BA in both History and Philosophy, and have spent more than a decade studying the psychology of sex and sexuality on my own (so no degree).
I've been struggling with whether or not to consider myself furry for much of the last decade, and have recently come to the conclusion that if I am to consider there to be a furry orientation, then I must consider myself to have it, and thus to be furry for that reason if for no other. And from my understanding and study of orientations, it would appear very strongly as though the attraction to anthropomorphic animals can easily be considered to be an orientation in and of itself, which, much like the other less straight-forward orientations, allows for more than one layer of labeling (i.e., heterosexual + furry, bisexual + furry, homosexual + furry, etc.).
I have no fursona, per se, but I do have many personas in the online world.
I have no fursuit, and never have, but feel like I would probably enjoy having and wearing one to a furry convention; it just seems like a ridiculous amount of fun.

Niara, a 12,000 year old dragoness, and Leon, a 21 year old soldier, find their lives entwined by fate, by a god, or both. Together, they must find a way to stop an overwhelming foe from conquering the planet and enslaving all of civilization. Leon finds himself sent to the north to seek out Niara's father, a mysterious figure known only as the Dark Wanderer, whom she claims is a god. Niara finds herself flying south to seek allies to band together in resistance to the invading army, led by a sorcerer of immense power and wielding a relic she had long thought lost to this world: Her father's staff, within which all of his power was stored.
