Who I am and why I'm even here.

Hey, The name's Hiccupby. It came from a childhood nickname derived from my last name (it's a really lame story so that's all I have to say about that). I was always into drawing animals instead of humans so the "furry fandom" once I found out what it was and that it wasn't all that bad was a place I naturally gravitated towards. My favorite animal of all time is the stoat, or its American equivalent the long-tailed weasel. I can also relate to the animal in appearance and behavior at times.

What I'm good at.

My major strengths are in traditional media but finding the time and energy to do it, and the camera to document what little is produced, is pretty nonexistent . So here you will find my digital "art", which I have just picked up again and really started practicing in. 

Some stuff I'd like to do.

I am currently a freshman in college hoping to major in illustration and become sucessful in it one day, and on the side dabble in every artistic pursuit I can get my bony little hands on. That'll hopefully happen soon as my skills in digital increase.

I might not get to you right away as this site is a) a new-fangled contraption to me and b) as summer approaches I will be outside A LOT for my job and for rockclimbing, backpacking, camping, etc.
