Garco Casigena (kah-see-hen-ah) stands at 4 feet 8 inches even and weighs about 95 pounds of slim, toned muscles that are just visible beneath his short white fur. His snowy fur, while covering most of his body, thins greatly enough to almost see through over the latter halves of his fingers and toes, which end in short claws. That is, the fur does not automatically cut off at the ankles and wrists. At his rounded ears, nose and tail, Garco is naturally hairless as many rats are: they stand out as being a vaguely pink flesh color. His pawpads, regular and feet, are also a similar color. His large eyes (including sclera) are completely black, but still have the moist shimmer of regular eyes and can express many emotions.
The only non-white part of his fur are the horizontal, deep purple stripes across his body: the biceps and shoulders, back, hips, buttocks and outer thighs have these markings, where they begin to fade out as they approach extremities and disappear entirely at his elbows and knees respectively.
Garco stands plantigrade and has five digits on his rat paws and footpaws. His teeth, naturally, include a set of large rodent incisors at the front which give him a cute little bucktooth look.
