Through the powers he acquired from his interference among the heavenly realms, Feltem has managed to uncover the secrets omni-essence, yet has absolutely no knowledge of how to use it or what it might be useful for. With the powers of angels both fallen and pure, he retains the Victorian-vibe attire that he drew to love so dearly during his initial assignment as a guardian angel.


Standing at 5'3", Feltem has a thin, almost gangling physique. For this very reason, he has custom made clothes to suit the normally calm atmosphere that is imitated. A pristine pressed tuxedo, a unique top hat, and a luxurious white scarf endows him with his constant appearance of royalty. However, a weapon of primitive decent still clings to his right thigh; a revolver of black and silver steel. The bullets used are filled with holy water and imbued with ancient scriptures onto the bullet's jacket. Also, he favors the use of chains in combat, seeing as how he fell from the ranks of a gate guardian
