I'm Dakaar. I'm a gnoll from the UK, with a degree in English and Creative Writing that naturally has absolutely nothing to do with my day job. I've been a storyteller since forever, and for more than 20 years I've put that into practice running all manner of roleplay games in tailor-made settings across a range of genres. I've published game material for organised play, written for a number of now defunct blogs with a focus on creative writing as well as science communication, stood on bar tables brandishing a drink and a verse, and slipped hand-written student zines under doorways. In all my time reading, writing, and being involved in stories, however, it's the furry ones that have only ever really spoken to me and for me.

Expect introspective poetry, through a Queer, furry lens, as well as fiction with a strong romantasy lean. I'm looking to find my voice again, make it heard, and maybe sing along with some fellow storytellers.
