Certo is just your simply gay (mostly, anyway) networking Cacomistle. There is no real interesting background to them (on the surface), but they do have a slight problem paying attention. All in all, this ringcat simply wants to have fun and meet new people. Don't get bent out of shape at the occasional sarcasm, though. It's never in mean spirit.
